Window Light

Wandering around an old farm house I spotted this window. Whenever I am in someplace new, or traveling for pleasure I like to let the light show me my subjects. So, naturally, I am attracted to the next room where a window is creating some interest. I was struck by the shade of the window matching the wallpaper. How odd. But then to see the tear in the shade it made it look like the wall had a tear in it and that is where the light was getting in. I find oddities attractive and love to shoot them whenever they appear.
